1. Who we are
Mortgely is operated by Zabra Enterprises LLC, Texas, United States, which is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. Contact: privacy@mortgely.com.
2. The short version
- You can use every calculator without giving us any personal information.
- The figures you enter never reach our servers. All calculation happens in your browser.
- We do not collect your name, income, Social Security number, address or credit information.
- We use analytics and advertising, which involve cookies. You can control both.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not generate or sell mortgage leads.
3. What we collect
Information you give us
Email address, only if you choose to contact us or subscribe to updates. Used for that purpose and nothing else.
Information that stays on your device
Your theme preference and any values you enter into the calculators are held in your browser. This never transmits to us. Clearing your browser data removes it permanently.
Information collected automatically
Standard analytics — pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, device and browser type. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operational purposes.

5. Cookies
- Essential — needed for the site to function and remember preferences.
- Analytics — you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
- Advertising — manage personalisation at Google My Ad Center, and opt out of many third-party vendors at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.com.
If you are in the EEA or UK we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time.
6. Advertising
We use Google AdSense and may use other advertising partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You may opt out of personalised advertising via Google's Ads Settings.

We do not share your data with lenders, brokers or lead buyers, because we have no relationships with any.
8. International transfers
We operate from the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, our providers rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Retention
Email correspondence is kept for a reasonable period after resolution. Analytics data is retained per the provider's default settings. Data in your browser persists until you clear it.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.
California residents additionally have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and why, to request deletion, to opt out of any sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.
Email privacy@mortgely.com to exercise any right. We respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are in the UK or EEA and unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We keep the personal data we hold to a minimum — for most visitors, none at all — which is the most effective protection available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
12. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and where required we will seek fresh consent.
